Bud and Daryl were road workers that came to Perfection to repair the main road through the valley. While on break in town they bought quite a few Graboid souvenirs, including an Ass Blaster shaped lighter, from Chang's Market.
Later, while they were at work on the road, the Termaggots came and ate one of them whole. The other hid in a excavator, but the noise the bugs were making made his ears bleed and eventually killed him. Tyler, Donna, and Larry later led the Termaggots back to the site and using tar and gasoline killed them.
